Our Content Policy

4K Movies does not host, store, upload, or distribute any full movies, videos, or copyrighted media files. Our website is limited to original written reviews, ratings, and entertainment commentary. Images used alongside reviews (posters, stills) are sourced from official studio promotional material and used under fair use principles for the purpose of criticism and review.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content on 4K Movies infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. To be considered valid, your notice should include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its specific URL/location on our site.
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email/Telegram handle.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will review the claim promptly and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the identified content — typically within a few business days. We may also notify the party who posted the content, where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the removed content and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake. We will review counter-notifications on a case-by-case basis.

Repeat Infringer Policy

While 4K Movies does not host user-uploaded media, we take copyright compliance seriously across all aspects of the site and will take appropriate action, including content removal, in response to valid, repeated, and substantiated claims.
